EthicSA is a non-profit (Section 21) company and public benefit organisation incorporated in 1999. EthicSA's work covers a wide spectrum of ethical issues raised by individual and collective human action, with a special focus on organisational ethics and EthicSA is the only organisation currently certifying individuals as Ethics Officers in South Africa.

The Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIA SA) is part of an international network representing the interests of Internal Auditors worldwide. As a part of this international network, the IIA SA upholds and supports the fundamental tenets of the profession - the Code of Ethics and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. The IIA Inc. is a global institute with headquarters in Florida, USA, and has a network of affiliates serving members in more than 160 countries in the fields of internal auditing, risk management, governance, internal control, IT audit, education, security and management. The Institute is the principal creator and custodian of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditors, and the Code of Ethics to which all members must adhere to. It is dedicated to the education and the advancement of internal auditors, and dynamically promotes and develops the profession. We serve internal auditors in South Africa by offering Technical Guidance, Professional Training Programs, Certification Programs, Continuing Professional Development Opportunities, Conferences and Networking

The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), South Africa's pre-eminent accountancy body, is widely recognised as one of the world's leading accounting institutes. The Institute provides a wide range of support services to more than 30 000 members who are Chartered Accountants and hold positions as CEO's, MD's, board directors, business owners, chief financial officers, auditors and leaders in their spheres of business operation. Most of these members operate in commerce and industry, and play a significant role in the nation's highly dynamic business sector and economic development.
